★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Tracie is a wondeful psychotherapist, I have been seeing her for more than a year. I have 3 other personal friends who see the psychiatrists Dr Pauline and Dr Lionel too. Staff are friendly and kind and it's very easy to book and change appointments over Whatsapp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for over a year to consult Dr Sim. Got discharged without asking for a memo as my work didn't require it. Fast forward a year later and I'm looking for a change of workplace that requires a memo. Receptionist has no clue when it'll be drawn up.
Full medical reports require a follow up but they have no appointments. They also told me that it will take 250SGD just for the report. A written memo is 80SGD. Just to say I've been discharged and fit for work???
Calls back the following week and still no updates no clue when she will write the memo. If this isn't extortion then what is it? If you really care about mental health, this isn't the attitude you'd show.
At least Anna, the other receptionist, can get something done.
