La Roughe Beauty Parlour - 54 Bayshore Rd

I need to complain about this salon in Bayshore park. I went here for a facial treatment on 18th of this month. They introduced a facial with new treatment which cost around SG$120. When I asked about this treatment neither of them, including the in-charge lady, not able to explain it clearly. Still on trust, I did the facial, waxing and threading. They charged for SG$135. And gave a SG$5 Voucher for next visit. I Googled it to know more about this facial treatment. And landed on a Facebook link where I came to know about the discounts and vouchers. My complaint 1. They are not transparent about the product and treatment. 2. There is no detail about this treatment on facebook or Google or any other social media, except for a video in Facebook. 3. None of them told me about the promo. When the promo detail is available on facebook, why no one in the salon is aware of it. Do they really not aware of it or they just don't wanted to disclose. 4. Here is the important part. They charged me 135 dollars, where I should be given 20% discount and 10-dollar voucher as per the promo. For the trust I had, finally I got this result. I don't know the person who shared this promo details, but thanks to you.
