Did my eyebrow with sunny. I like it because its so natural. They have many different types of eyebrow design and I like it when they are very patience in explaining the differences. Definitely will recommend them to my friends.

I felt cheated. I did my eyebrows on Sat. I only wanted an eyebrows' trimming but was taken over by an staff who claimed to be their teacher. While trimming this teacher introduced the eyebrow embroidery package @ $398 and convinced me with various photos of satisfied customers. I took the bait and thereafter I was introduced to another staff who claimed to be the master of the teacher. Before doing the job I was told 6D eyebrows will be better..so the master did one eyebrow to convince me though I insisted I was only willing to pay $398....why should they used such sale tactics...basically cheating customers. I am really upset with the job done...furthermore this was my first time doing it. I am really a fool to trust these people. Please don't be another fool like me. Now i need to go to another artist to fix my eyebrows.

had my brow embroidery done by Kelly at La Vida and i must say that she is very professional and experienced. She recommended me the type of brow that is most suitable for me and my brow turned out very natural looking. I highly recommend La Vida if you are looking for a place to do your brows.

Generally i wont write reviews and definitely wont give a bad review publicly. But recently i went for another salon and their price of brow embroidery are not as insane as this shop and DEFINITELY NO HARD SELL AT ALL. I went for AIA bday perks and keep asking abt this free brow embroidery. The sales lady dodged my qns and just put me on the chair and gotten the beautician started the services. Half way thru the process (when 1 eyebrow is almost done), the hard sell persisted terribly so badly that their services stopped and just keep persuading! I insisted on the free ones but the hard sell persisted — so badly that even the numbing cream on my brows are fading.. finally i gave in to a 700+ service (imagine having 1 EYEBROW ALD EMBROIDERED, what can do??!!) I found out that the reviews are almost exactly the same as what i have encountered. I personally would advice people not to go. Feels cheated and its not just me only

This place uses the typical con-artist tricks of "Bait and Switch". I signed up for a classic eyebrow embroidery offer through Facebook, but when I got there, the lady pressured me to buy other eyebrow offers that were of course, way more expensive. I had to repeat multiple times that I only wanted the service that I signed up for, but she kept insisting. After seeing that I was not changing my mind, she painted the color on my eyebrows so I could see how the new eyebrows would look. The color she painted was nearly black even though I had told her I wanted brown. I asked for a lighter shade of brown that would match better with my pale skin and green eyes, but she told me I could not have the color I wanted unless I upgraded to a very expensive service. The picture of the finished eyebrow service I signed up for was a much lighter brown than the nearly black sample she painted on my eyebrows, but she kept insisting that they couldn't give me that even though it was on the advertisement. She kept saying things I didn't understand, such as "full makeup" but she wasn't explaining what she meant or even saying full sentences. I had signed up for a brown eyebrow embroidery service, but she kept insisting to paint my eyebrows black or charge me hundred of dollars extra. Nowhere in the Facebook advertisement did it say that the the offer was only for the color black. She insisted that she couldn't give me the medium shade of brown that I needed to match with my skin, eyes and hair for the service I signed up for. So, for 20 minutes she argued with me that I could only have the color I wanted if I upgraded to the very expensive service. When she saw that I was not going for her trick, she called in another stylist there to give me the same argument. After more than 30 minutes of wasting my time, I left without having done anything. I'm so glad I had not paid up front to this scam of a place. This was a typical con artist trick of "Bait and Switch". Consumers, Be careful! This local is a fake salon and their Facebook advertisements are also fake. As I can see from the first three reviews I have read, it seems these people have been scamming everybody!

Edit: ***my brows faded after 4 days. I did on Saturday 3 Apr 2022, and today, Wednesday 6 Apr 2022, I see my brows colour faded. *** Hard selling here is very strong. I walked in to book an appointment to do eyebrows and they claimed that their eyebrows can last for minimum of 6 months. I am served by Mayble/Suki. Did my eyebrows halfway and started to hard sell their facial packages. You will think that if you don’t buy it, they will any how do the remaining of your brows. Their facial packages were $2.2k and tell me if I buy I can get free eyebrows services for today, regardless of which eyebrows services I choose. (Their original eyebrows services prices can range to $2000+). I wasn’t interested in their packages so I kept saying I don’t want to buy. They continue to do my brows after me rejecting their facial packages. And added “anyway your brows will have this gap bcos you are not doing creative (strokes) brows. So do you want to buy creative brows?) Creative brows is $400+ but you have to buy 2 sessions minimum. Which I replied No I don’t want to buy. After finishing the brows, she told me there is no free touch up (I thought they have, but I did not clarify before service so it’s my fault) and my brows can last around 3 months depending on skin condition. Note that when I booked appointment they claim to last for minimum of 6 months. After payment they will ask you to sign their receipt. And “services are non refundable and you have received product in good condition”. Of which I canceled the 2nd as I did not receive their service in good mood. Overall, go at your own risk.

Horrible experience and terrible customer service. Thoroughly dissatisfied with the eyebrow embroidery done at La Vida AMK hub outlet and the beautician/sales lady were both impatient and extremely rude. They did not address my concerns and simply told me that "more touch-up sessions are required to achieve the look that I want", even though it was just the beautician refusing to do a proper job, wanting to upsell and make me to pay more. Ridiculous!! My brow shape is now uneven and I have to pay more to fix it. This place is also much more expensive than other shops so you would expect them to do a decent job... Recommend to NOT come here as it is so unprofessional and terribly rude staff.

Bought fave voucher to try out. Did not get the lady who did my lashes…… experience was quite disappointing. - She was rough while doing my lashes. Lots of pressure on my eyelids, uncomfortable for me. - Brought me to the room and didn’t say a word, like where should I place my bag or tell me to lie down first. None. - Started the lash lift immediately and did not tell me what is she doing with my lashes, what is she applying, or “i’m going to start now, close ur eyes” She only said a 来~ and automatically I closed with my eyes…… She started with wiping my eyes clean but I did not like the fact that she did not said what she’s doing for the first 5 mins while she struggles to put the rubber thing in my lids(no tapes were used tho) Until I asked her then she tell me…… -OVERALLS LASHES ARE MESSY AS HECK. right lashes were in a mess, ALL IN DIFFERENT ANGLE, L shape, badly permed lashes all tgt…. (pls just look at pics) - Introduced me a 1+1 package of $78 but I it turned down. No hard selling just that u reject 2-3 times~~ - The room is closed with curtains not door so u can hear staff talking outside loudly. Room is quite cold too but they do give blankets ~~
