β β β β β This is one of my favorite dim sum in Toa Payoh. Today my visit really full of disappointment as the workers which is a Vietnamese lady not responsive and having very poor service. Not that the stall is busy. Only 2 customer. The business owner you may want to relook into your workforce which you already have yummy food but your service kills it

β β β β β Very legit and flowy liu sai pau (salted egg custard bun). Their dim sum selection is cheap and good. Tried the congee and chee cheong fun and fried yam fritters. All yummy

β β β β β Passby this area and stopby for lunch, I was walking around and saw some awards on the signboard and decided to try this dim sum stall.
I order a set, the comprised of a rice set and any 2 dim sum.
Steam chicken w mushroom rice (3/5)
The chicken and mushroom was steamed separately from the rice. This result in a poor presentation and also the rice didnt managed to absorb the essence of the chicken and mushroom marinate. There is a rubbery taste of the taiwan sausage.
Prawn meatball (2.5/5)
Erm the prawn meatball is huge and presentation is quite ok with a large prawn butterfly on top a huge meatball but taste wise.... not sure is it becuz its not freshly made. Like it has been steamed before and just reheat.
Otah roll (2/5)
Even ntuc store bought otah taste better.
Not sure is it becuz the main chef / owner os not around, left with 2 helper to man the stall, the quality..... and see the awards are pretty long ago awards...

β β β β β Food is not bad. But when orders are made for delivery through Grab, things tend to be left out. Prawn Chee Cheong Fun came with no sauce. Pity since most of their things are nice and pretty well-priced.

β β β β β Sad to say I wonβt be coming back here again, not even if i was craving dim sum.
Most of the dishes were cold (not literally, but comparatively), apart from the porridge.
Fried items were stale.
Itβs mediocre at best :(
Only good one was the custard buns.
