#02-16 Lao Jie Fang Braised Beef Noodles 老街坊粵式招牌牛腩麵 Lao Jie Fang Braised Beef Noodles makes really good Beef Brisket and Tendon Noodles. The beef brisket is cooked for hours and absorbs the flavors of the sauce. When eating into the brisket, it is very tender and yummy. The noodles are so well cooked that it is springy and al dente. It matched so well with the Beef Brisket and Tendon. If one finds the sauce a tad salty, it can be adjusted by adding some of the provided soup to balance the flavour. General Verdict: Tender Beef Brisket and Tendon Noodle that is heavenly to bite and taste Opening Hours: Daily 8am-2pm (Closed on Mondays) Queue Situation: Next to none Price: SG$8 onwards Payment Mode: Cash, Local Internet Banking by QR code or AMEX (Singapore) Pay Items Ordered: 1) Item: Braised Beef Brisket & Tendon Noodle - Regular Serving Description: Tender Beef Brisket and Tendon Noodle that is heavenly to bite and taste Verdict: Very Good, Must Order Price: SG$8

Tender beef & tendon. Noodle was so so. However the beef & vege are nice! Add a bit of chilli made it spicier and tastier.

Ordered their Beef Brisket and Tendon Noodles ($10). Noodles are cooked nicely with a bite which I love and it goes so well with the sauce. Beef brisket were tender but felt that it could be of bigger pieces. Tendon were perfectly soft and delicious. Pricing is a tad high for a food centre.

Braised Beef Noodle. Mei Ling Market has reopened after a 3 months renovation. One of the favourites found here is this very authentic HK style braised beef noodle.

This is probably the best cantonese braised beef brisket noodle in Singapore. The beef brisket is very tasty & tender, the flavorful gravy goes very well with the noodle. The beef tendons are equally soft & nicely done. The stall is neat & tidy.

I tried the beef brisket some time ago and remember that I didn’t like it because it was quite tough and laden with MSG. I tried the pig trotter today and found the noodles to be extremely delicious. Unfortunately, there was just too little meat although I am a big fan of fatty cuts. Stall was clean and bright and, due to hygiene reasons, I appreciate that customers were not allowed to freely take the cutleries. PayNow and CDC vouchers were accepted.

The meat for the small pig trotter noodle ($5) was a bit hard though there were no bones. The noodles and clear herbal soup were great. From an earlier visit, enjoyed the beef brisket and tendon noodles ($10). Large pieces, the right texture, and a good portion. Noodles and flavour were good too. Came with HK kailan and the same clear herbal soup.

I live nearby and my goal is to finish all Michelin recommendations within two years! Ok this stall is fine, clean and food arrangement is decent, flavor wise it’s above average, I love beef so I have four stars, otherwise I know stalls selling better noodles, one thing I need to point out is that the beef is super soft and tender, which is what we expect for a Michelin noodle
