★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old laptop couldn't start up and searched for a laptop doc. Called before coming to Laptop Doctor @ AMK Ave 10. Uncle William told me test by holding down switch button for 30sec, if it doesn't work then bring laptop to him.
Didn't expect him to give free examination. He managed to revive laptop by giving it a reset.
Professional and honest. Will come to Dr. William if I need help with my laptop again. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to try make appointment after searching through google to find a laptop repair shop. Uncle patiently advised and guide me on how to solve my issue after hearing my laptop problem. He even told me to call back if I still cannot settle and don’t bother wasting money cause the problem won’t go away even if I change to a new part. Currently my laptop is working fine for the past 2hours. Better than asus help centre. P.s. my 10months old laptop is currently still under warranty. My laptops are all going to uncle from now on. ?

Before repair Mr William will check first and inform you the quotation first and get your permission, before proceed the repair. Explained in details on the faulty issue and attentive and care about customer. Will certainly recommend my friends!! =)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this shop as there are lots of good feedbacks. Uncle is very nice and professional. After diagnosing my avita laptop, turns out it's a small issue and he didn't charge me. Tried to offer him that I will pay but he insist it's okay. He even explain how I can change the battery myself and gave me a small tool for it. Definitely will visit him if I have laptop that needs fixing.

Not only did he solved the issue with the "no bootable device" error on my laptop within a few minutes, he didn't charge me for it despite me insisting on paying him. A true life saver! Highly recommended for those who needs to repair/diagnose their laptops!!

Additionally, he guided me how to identify the hinge problem and when should send the laptop for service before the part got broken. I can see his intention of helping his customers to save the repairing cost. His repair time is highly efficient too - sent in my laptop in the morning and able to collect in the afternoon of the very same day.
High recommended!!!
