Lash Play

I think they were clearly confident in terms of expertise, but could definitely improve on customer service. I came on a weekend; they seemed quite busy and was basically in a rush for me to finish and go out. It was quite sad to feel unwelcome and rushed at a beauty salon establishment. I came here for a lash lift (40 min) + lash tint (20 min) reservation. The staff were quite unfriendly; did not ask about comfort when the session started. It was quite cold throughout and no blanket was offered. Their scheduling was so tight that when I was late by 10 minutes, they skipped my lash tinting so that they could do the next customer. I was still charged the +$10 for the tinting. Even though I understand it's my fault for being late, I don't quite agree with the way they handled it. Initially, they said they would "try to rush and see if they can fit it in" but then ultimately rushed me out after doing just the lift for a longer time (basically 50 min of lash lift, without doing the tint). This was done without informing me this was the final decision, or trying at all to work out any other possibilities. So, if you are thinking of doing the 1 hour session, this is a public service announcement to be there on the dot, or you might be charged for services you dont receive. As atmosphere and service are quite important aspects of a beauty salon to me, I don't think I will come back again after this first try.

Very nice place, almost dozed off while having my lashes done. Mel was very meticulous and made sure every lash is properly taken care of. She carefully explained the aftercare and so the extensions can last.. will definitely be back again...

I have been with Melissa for more than a year. Not only service was superb. I like her dedication and knowledge on lashes. She will give me her advice based on her experience. She never fails me. I felt it like home whenever I visit Lash Play as the place was always clean and tidy. I would strongly recommend Lash Play if you are particular about service rendered and quality of lashes used.

LashPlay is definitely my go-to place for lash extension.I have personally tried many lash artist, however Melissa has been the most outstanding due to her experience and her natural flair for lash extensions. She is very passionate about perfecting her craft which fuels her meticulousness and patience. Most importantly, the lashes and glue that LashPlay provides, are of superb quality. I have never felt so comfortable with voluminous lashes before.
