iveta is extremely accommodating and responsive. When I asked to include additional writings on the cake last minute, she did it immediately so that the cake can be delivered on time. Ordered the black forest and pure chocolate cake and they were amazing. Laurent Bernard does not skimp on the quality of their ingredients and the cakes are moist, rich and delicious. Everyone kept asking for more!

Ordered the pure chocolate cake for some family birthday celebrations and it was a bit! The cake itself was not too sweet - arguably one of the best chocolate cake we've had in Singapore! Delivery was a breeze and had no issues with missing items. We're looking forward to trying more flavors!

Was very disappointed with the service and delivery. Ordered for delivery on 10 Dec for a friend and was not delivered. Received a call on 11 Dec saying that system down on 10 Dec, all orders did not manage to deliver. Say will deliver on 11 Dec 1 to 5pm but only reach at 7pm. My receipent did not receive my gift. There was no follow up from Laurent Bernard. It was bad. If you guys thinking to get for Xmas gift, better think twice. It might not be delivered. You and your recipient will be disappointment.

One of the best Black Forest cakes you can find in SG. But terrible delivery and customer service. Ordered and paid for a $80 birthday cake which did not show up within the order delivery timing and despite trying all contact options to reach someone in the team (call, WhatsApp, email), was left waiting for the whole night without a cake for the birthday party. Update: Order was fully refunded after 2 days.

This was my first order with Laurent Bernard and it turned out to be a terrible experience and will be my last time. I did read on a few negative reviews, and still ended up placing an order with them. Laurent doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating! I had ordered a 1 kg cake a week ahead of my husband’s birthday, only to be told on the morning of the delivery date that there were no ingredients for the cake due to supplier logistics issue. First, this wasn’t an expected reason from an award winning cake retailer! I could have been given a heads-up atleast a day before and not at the last minute. Secondly, their refund process takes ages! There wasn't any proof provided until I kept insisting and followed up for the refund. Their cakes are expensive and calling the customer rude, disconnecting calls when following up for refund is unprofessional. Finally, after 2 long months, amount was refunded. There are many bakers and cafes out there providing excellent cakes and customer service. Please order at your own risk!
