β β β β β I understand the power of economies of scale and savings when choosing one service provider to deliver the items, however Ninjavan is really not up to par. I have many parcels that have failed or been delivered only after 2 weeks. This is super disappointing.

β β β β β Really appalling company. Every delivery is late. I canβt remember the last time a RedMart delivery was on time. At best it will be an hour late, but often it has been the case we have on order due between 4-6pm for example and it has still not arrived by 11pm and we just cancel as at want to go to bed.
Really the most incompetent company around. I will always choose Amazon and Shopee over Lazada. Never had a single late delivery from Amazon Fresh and order from them every week. I only ever order from Lazada on the occasions they have something the other 2 donβt have available, and every time there is some sort of problem with the order.
I really donβt understand how such a useless company can stay in business

β β β β β Seller cancelled my order and Lazada has problem refunding by Paylah transaction. Itβs been almost a month and still not able to refund me! Unbelievable, coming from a company like this.
Chatbot is useless, live agent cannot help! No use calling them! Resolution specialist? Wrong name given , canβt even resolve after 3 weeks and now coming to a month! They just hide behind the computers!
I want my refund the way in which the order was transacted!, Paylah !

β β β β β Unlike Shopee, Lazada does not care about its customers when the customers are cheated by sellers. My dad bought a golf club that was supposedly on sale. Paid close to $300. When he received it, he noticed that the weight was off β very much heavier than the original. He took it to a golf shop for inspection. He was shown the various tell-tale signs which determined the item was fake. He tried to return it but the seller ignored the communication. Lazada kept redirecting my dad back to the seller who clearly did not want to do a refund. In the end, my dad wrote it off. Such a scam job!

I have never written a bad review in my life but this will be my first.
Please do not purchase anything from Lazada.
Ordered a robot vacuum cleaner from seller Minihelper during the 6.6 sale but got automatically cancelled as it was not delivered on time.
It is now the 7.7 sale and they have yet to refund me.
Called and emailed them several times but either slow response with the same excuse that it is being escalated to their technical team.
If they are unable to resolve a simple refund issue, they should stop having such monthly sales and hold on to money indefinitely when they are unable to deliver.
Very hard to imagine that such a simple refund process could not be resolved by such a big e-commerce company.
Please do not order anything from Lazada, unless you want to risk your money being held on to indefinitely.

β β β β β Lazada is not helping their customer. I have an order that was not deliver by Iuiga but was changed to delivered after waited for few months and I asked for cancellation and refund. Was told by customer service my case will be escalated and will be get my refund and to wait 48hrs for the relevant department to email me. After waited I called Lazada again but was told the same and all I wanted is an email from Lazada to confirmed the order cancellation and let me know regarding the refund process. Even a simple acknowledgement from Lazada to confirm that the item undelivered is cancel have given me distress as Lazada is unable to send me an email or have the person in charge from the relevant department to call me. As a customer I have been calling the customer service and they are unable to assist at all. Lazada is really a bad platform to shop from as when you have issue the customer service have no authority to send email confirmation and yet those in authority at the office are not willing to respond to customers.Totally no consideration about customer at all. When a customer have item not delivered but was changed to delivered by seller and yet Lazada could not help settled the issue despite all the screenshot conversation between the seller have been send to Lazada. Those with authority in Lazada who should email customer is totally dead as they will not do so and totally no accountability so never trust Lazada when it comes to buying expensive items cause when items not delivered Lazada will not be able to help and there is no one with authority that you can contact except talking to the customer service at 69952888 which is hopeless as they are hopeless too but just paid to talk like a broken record without getting the issue solve.

β β β β β So Lazada gets a bad review today because of one of its sellers, named βChannyβ.
Channy advertised a stainless steel dish rack that just wasnβt made of SS. Thatβs false advertising.
Lazada owns part of the blame for the poor rating because contacting customer service about the false advertising resulted in the standard brush-you-off-weβll-take-your-feedback reply. I asked for specific actionβthat Lazada tell Channy to stop faking itβsupported by photos of the rusty 2 year old rack, but that just wasnβt important it seems.
Essentially it appears that Lazada can facilitate bad sales ethics and disclaim accountability simply by saying βsorryβ.

only 2 boxes of 42 tabs each and NOT 2 X Bundles comprising 6x boxes!
We lodged our claims under "DISPUTE/RETURN" but was "REJECTED" for no reasons given even with proofs of photos below ! Totally disgusting and for
