β β β β β Spacious apartments, calm and quite neighbourhood. Maintenance is a bit lacking.Other than a pool, it lacks amenities. The intercom doesnβt work and there is no security guard at the gate.

The older one is walk up apartment with carpark in full sun/rain. Parking lot is allocated. With the limited parking means people with 2nd car will have to park outside the estate. Bicyle parking often dirty and messy.
The newer part has lift and carpark is on basement.
Place is had a lot of ocockroach carcasses lying around after fumigation day.
Numerous units are tenanted out and the place looks somewhat run down.
Quiet and peaceful mostly.
