Great facial experience here and they do very nice eye lashes too! Will recommend for sure.

Shop is super tiny on the second floor, sharing a unit AND WC with a hair salon. Reception cannot fit much. There are like only two beds with the space split by a curtain partition only. You can hear what people are saying anywhere in the shop. Usually there's no receptionist unless the owner is there so if both therapists are busy working and no one is manning then phone, your therapist might keep interrupting your facial to go answer the call. It happens super frequently at times. Very unprofessional. The therapist is effusive in apology mostly but it doesn't make up for the disruption. If there's another customer in the curtained off area next to you, you will be able to hear every word. Packages are definitely expensive considering the type of environment you're getting as described above. While I would like to support local business, I'm unable to accept lack of sound isolation and constant disruption of service to answer the phone.
