We engaged LIA in 2019, and finally got our keys in 2021! Our IDs were Vincent and Richelle, who were nothing short of creative, professional and patient. We had many ideas for our new home and each time they took our ideas and made it better. After we had settled on the design, the communication and execution was smooth and quick and we cannot wait for the actual handover in Jan 2022! HAPPY NEW YEAR AND MAY 2022 BE YOUR BEST YEAR YET!

My family and I are happy with the result and the workmanship. Alan is our trusty go-to man as he’s patient and helpful with great service. Very communicative because he always keeps us updated on the progress. Very responsive to any of our inquiries too. We found Le Interior Affairs while browsing through Instagram, contacted them and got paired up with Kaylee. The whole renovation process from start to finish was a very pleasant, stress-free experience for us. Kaylee is very attentive, magic efficient, full of ideas and ever so helpful with all of our questions and requests. She is the kind of person that will go above and beyond to ensure the best quality works. We could feel her sincerity, treating it not just as a “job” but rather as a whole journey with us. The renovation work was smooth and super efficient. They managed to handover before the schedule, despite us adding so many last minute requests. After we move in, as expected from any renovation works, there were some touch ups to be done afterwards, and this was immediately taken care of. Everything was done beautifully and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you very much Kaylee for making our first renovation a very pleasant one!

I was served by Vincent (overall-in-charge), Aaron (project manager) and Kaylee (creative designer). I like that they were not very pushy to close sales and they were very patient to understand my team’s requirements, needs and budget. During the rounds of ID selection, they impressed us with their responsiveness as we were in a rush to start renovation works. It was a pleasant experience, and their pricing was also competitive. Vincent and Aaron managed the project effortlessly and was very knowledgeable with the technical questions that we had. Their project management was exemplary and the way they handled and managed the multiple contractors involved was a real eye opener for us. They also demonstrated superior knowledge in solving problems on the spot when they arose. Kaylee was knowledgeable in the use of colours and patterns and out-of-box ideas for the creative aspects of the project. We are glad that everything turned out well. All our past renos have been from Contractors, but for this time round, we decided to try out doing our house via the ideas of an ID. Aaron from Le Interior was assigned to us. Having had our house previously done by contractors, we were sceptical about letting an ID take charge this time round. Mainly cost wise etc etc. We have to admit at times we were quite demanding and also at times pretty fickle as we beared in mine that we were gonna spend quite a sum for our new home(resale). Aaron was there throughout our journey. He was also ever available whenever we had a query or anything at all. Every step of the way. Remaining patient to our constant request, queries and fickleness. He also advised us accordingly what to do and no to do, what can do and cannot do. No hidden agenda. Best part of all, as we had to move in early(due to the buyers of our previous had to move in), the kitchen of our new home wasn’t ready, but Aaron went out of his way and bought us food during the Fasting month for breakfast for almost everyday for the 10 days that our kitchen was yet to be ready. Thumbs up to Le Interior and Aaron. Keep up the good work. Always client first. Impressive!

I have engaged LIA for my mother's house renovations and the results were promising and awesome. The person in-charged was Alan and he did a wonderful job for the renovation. Main thing is that he is patient, accountable and trustworthy. From design stage to completion, he shown full dedication and making sure of the details.  Always listened to our last minute change requests and provide with practical suggestion. Through that you can tell he is honest and someone you can trust with your house. Alan and his team of contractors were very efficient with the schedule and making sure of quality workmanship. Even after the renovations is completed and handover, I can still approach him for some minor issue and they were done efficiently. Overall is an excellent job well done with an excellent service. My team and I are very impressed with the service of our ID Kaylee. Thanks to her, we were able to renovate our commercial space without much hassle in a short notice. She is always open to suggestions and definitely does her best to accommodate our requests (even last minute changes). She has good attention to detail and their workmanship was of very high quality. Her workers were also very efficient with their work and helped us with many of our requests outside of their job scope. I would strongly recommend Kaylee to anyone who is looking for an ID for their renovation.

It’s almost close to the Chinese New Year soon and we were looking at doing some mini makeover for our home before the holiday. We went through multiple ID firms and many firms were not responsive, which could also be due to low budget and tight schedule as we wish to start work as soon as possible. Many ID firms told us that it is more ideal for us to do it after the holiday as schedules were very packed during this period and didn’t want to over-promise us in case they couldn’t complete it in time. However, when we met Alan, he was different. He was very responsive and attentive to our requirements. He gave us many suggestions on how we can do it in a different way to elevate the aesthetic without any extra cost. He also managed to squeeze in a time slot for us to start the renovation as soon as possible and even completed it in time. Because this is a stay-in renovation work, one of our concerns were having people moving in and out of the house, especially having dust accumulation over the time. Alan paid a visit before the actual work and tried to accommodate our schedule during this period of time when the works were going on. He also ensured that his workers cleaned up the place every night before they left to ensure a clean environment and make us feel just like home again. He would also frequently check on us to make sure that we’re comfortable in our own home when the renovation work is going on. We would like to thank Alan and his team of contractors and make our renovation experience a pleasant one. He was very efficient with the schedule without compromising the quality of work! Can’t wait to engage him as our preferred designer again during our next makeover!
