★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place to look for kids apparels and toys! I brought my youngest here and he had a great time running around the stall - kinda annoyed the rest of the visitors. They have good range of products they sell and the staff are very friendly and willing to help!

Remember to ask to use the first time shopper discount code for 10% off. (discount code is FIRST10) but you have to sign up for an account with a valid email to receive your order receipt. There is also complimentary gift box if you spend above SGD100.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend of mine helped me purchased a reusable mask during the sale. While I thought that the mask is cute, I had a slight rash on my neck when I first wore it on, straight outta the pack. Only after I washed with a laundry detergent, I wear the mask as per normal. Well I guess their fabric is dirty without even washing...
Update: To the staff that replied to this review, just fyi it's an adult reusable mask, I'm the one that wear it and I don't have any history of sensitive skin or allergy. It could be that your warehouse is dirty or the fabric you outsourced is hypoallergenic. Be grateful that I didn't end up at the hospital. You could have done better by putting a disclaimer on your product packaging or at the very least you as a company can help to wash before packing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the shop at OUE downtown. It's the 3rd time, Always the same lady, with very bad mood, arrogant, impolite. Too bad as the products are nice. But better to go in another outlet and avoid that one.
Update,: changed from 1 to 3 stars after talking to the customer service. They really try to understand and bring the changes if necessary.
