This tuition centre is a must-go place to clarify all your doubts and fears of your JC subjects. I could not have been in what I am today if not for their teaching style that differs from other teachers. Initially, I thought that I would not be destined to succeed in my biology A-level exams alone. Thanks to their teacher, Mr Alex and his unique teaching style, I am able to pass my biology exam and dissipate my fears of failing my biology exam. Once again, if you have serious doubts in your subjects, this tuition center is a good recommendation for you. :)

I was a student of Learners' Lodge @ Bishan and I cannot fully put into words how grateful I am for the help of my tutors Mr Alex Xu and Mr Koh Chee Wee, as well as my centre manager Ms Shirley. Walking into the Learners' Lodge, you will be greeted by your friendly centre manager and her comrade, who takes the effort to know you by name, which is very comforting. Ms Shirley sent me reminders of lessons the day before and also helped to organise/reschedule classes when needed, which I am extremely thankful for with the hectic student life I experienced. Mr Alex and Mr Koh were really quite the amazing people. They went beyond their roles as teachers and provided such genuine care and concern for their students. I especially loved that they were both sooo humble and patient, as they would hear out my (wildly flawed and nonsensical) arguments, before gracefully tackling any misconceptions, while being extremely kind in their words. Not only did this allowed me to grasp a deeper understanding of the subjects, it made me feel comfortable in raising doubts in a classroom setting because they never judge and are always so cool. On top of being there 24/7 on Whatsapp, they also provided a lot of additional practices which they had put in immense thought and effort in marking and leaving comments for. With Mr Alex and Mr Koh around, you will never feel like you're fighting alone. They even asked for photocopies of my test papers so they could go through my mistakes and clear up any queries I had that I did not dare raise in school. Both of them carried out their lessons in an engaging and clear way that never failed to make me feel mindblown :). On top of that, Mr Alex and Mr Koh shared notes that are godsent,,,, for reference, Mr Alex summerised over a hundred pages of my school notes in less than 20 pages, but 95% of the time his notes included all the content I needed to ace my tests. This was the same for Mr Koh's notes. My experience at Learners' Lodge is a very memorable and comforting one, and without Learners' Lodge I could not have achieved the results I did for As. Thank you so much Learners' Lodge! :D

I attended Bio lessons with Mr Alex for 2 years and I have improved lot. His clear explanations of how to approach the questions has helped me to refine my answering techniques tremendously. He delivers the content with clear structure and would always spend time to answer our queries. I also attended Mr Nicholas Lim's GP lessons in J2. He has taught me how to link my ideas up to form a structured and coherent argument. Mr Lim would also break down complex ideas into smaller pieces while reminding us of the details that we easily neglect. I enjoyed having lessons here in my JC years!!

Thank You Mr Koh Chee Wee for never giving up on me since day one. Ever since i joined Learner’s Lodge at the beginning of the year, you never failed to keep encouraging me and building up my confidence in studying economics. Even though the many changes from online to offline lessons, your contagious energy and passion for teaching your students really spurred me on to continue persevering in my studies as well. Thank you for believing in me and I hope that you will continue to inspire many more just as how you have done for me

Dear Mr Lim, Thank you so much for being my General Paper (GP) tutor when I joined in J2! I have always been getting a constant C/D grade in GP in my internal exams & I got really frustrated at the stagnation of my grade. However, after joining your class, you taught me many useful techniques which I can apply in Paper 1 and Paper 2. Each lesson that you conduct never fails to excite me as you provide us with intriguing and relevant issues which can be used in our exams as examples. You will also go the extra mile to review essays or any work that we do so that we will be able to narrow and target areas that we are weak at and we can then improve on that area. You made me once again gain an interest in GP and I will never forget how you told us that we are all like diamonds, which can only be created under pressure. True enough, through your constant guidance and immense hard work, I managed to make a huge jump from D in prelims to A in A-Levels! This couldn't happen without your support and I am really grateful for you. Thank you once again!

I joined Learners' Lodge Economics class at the start of J2 and although my time with Learners' Lodge was short, I was able to improve by leaps and bounds within this short period of time and even started gaining an interest in the subject. Mr Koh has always been very enthusiastic about classes and he never fails to make them interesting and enriching for us. He explains the economic concepts in a way which allows us to easily grasp them and the notes he provides us with are also very detailed, making learning economics a lot easier. Thank you Mr Koh for guiding us throughout this period of time and I hope that you will be able to continue inspiring many more batches to come :) Would definitely recommend your classes to other people!

Immensely grateful for Mr Gilbert Lee! He gives really useful tips on tackling essay questions and highlights what is expected of an A essay. I’m very glad to have joined his class and bagged the A! He also gives life lessons intermittently during lessons which has been extremely helpful in my JC journey. Thank you so much Mr Lee!

To Mr Daniel Yeo, you teach physics in a way that is engaging and interesting, which made me enjoy the subject and understand it well. It is with your clear explanations, concise notes and summary sheets that I managed to score for physics. Thank you for always being so dedicated to help every student in class and making sure that everyone is on the same page, even with the difficulty of teaching through zoom. I really appreciate your help in my A Level journey!
