Travelled all the way here only to be informed that they are having internal staff event, hence they are closed early. Nothing was mentioned at all online..

I just wanted to ask if I can walk in or do I have to make an appointment but I wasn't able to do that over the phone at all as there is no such option in the phone menu and the person whom I spoke with could not answer that simple question and had me transferred to another dept where nobody picked up the phone. Is this office a joke or what?
