★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reply from My supplier , choo CHIANG marketing , the switches I bought have many issues but no reply from legrand . Very bad for a big company like them , Not even looking into it & defects switches can’t replace & which I bought is the GALLION , their expansive range !!!
Sad for that . Wondering how This type company how to provide services to customers in futures ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Legrand carries a series of switches/sockets (Galion) but does not sell a matching color for its casing for the sockets/switches.
Checked with the salesperson (Adrian), he just nonchalantly replied “no intention of bringing in to Singapore”.
What is the point of launching all the beautiful colors when ultimately there is no casing with a matching color available? It is only going to make the sockets/switches look really awkward.
Frankly, the service is bad and the business decision is really below expectation (especially from a German company).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very surprised that a big, well-known company like Legrand sell products that do not last. Take this 45A cooker switch I bought less than two years ago as an example. This replaced an old MK switch that lasted 30 years. But after less than two years, it cracks. getting in touch with them remains fruitless as well. Too bad Legrand. You have just lost a customer
