Booked and paid online for 1 way transfer ambulance service to ntfgh and received a call 10mins before time that they have no ambulance available. Rude lady who called and hung up on me before I could further queried.

Do not book their service! I booked for their ambulance to fetch my dad from the community hospital to SGH at 8.30am but they never arrived in time & I had to keep calling and chasing until nearly an hour later then they arrived at 9.30am. Our appointment with SGH was 10am but there was no sense of urgency of this service provider & each time I called they said they were on the way but in actual fact they were not at all... If you need ambulance service dun book them as they are not reliable and if I can provide a negative rating I will give them as negative as I can. Due to the Long wait my dad was nervous as he knew we were late and BP shot up so high. From the disappointing requester

During payment, one of their ambulance assistant informed me that patient family has to prepare exact amount upon payment. They do not provide change and insists that their hotline operators suppose to inform customers. That ambulance assistant reluctantly gave me the change after 2 mins of waiting if I will let him keep the change. I have been talking to different operator multiple times, none of them mentioned I need to prepare the exact amount. It also did not occur to me he is trying to cheat me of the $10 change or indirectly asking for tips at that moment. Be it is dishonesty of the ambulance assistant or process matters, being the appointed ambulance company by TTSH should have the responsibility to clarify when being asked.

Thank you for taking my dad to and from the hospital. The service is reliable, punctual and affordable. The over-the-phone and ambulance officers were professional and polite. Please keep up the excellent work.

In fact I am not going to give any star to their services, but if I don't put any star not allow me to post my comments, so no choice have to put at least 1 star, but their service totally do not deserve even 1 star. because their attitude is super super rude. My father is a dementia patient at age 83, and they yelled at my father when carry my father from the wheel chair onto the ambulance from Raffles Hospital to Ang Mo Kio Community Hospital, as my father hold too tide on their arms when he afraid to fall again, cos he felled and just been through a major surgery on his thigh bone with metal plate and are not allow to put weight on that leg, that's why we arrange for ambulance services. But be it whether the patient are on any kind of medical issue, how can they yelled at the patient ? as such they totally do not deserve any good comments on this.

I have been using Lentor Ambulance services for a few months now, for my father's medical appointments at TTSH. Their rates are very affordable, the medics are very efficient and professional. They handled elderly patients with due care and attention. Great job, keep up the good work! Strongly recommended.

I recently used Lentor to transport my 80-odd year old mother from her flat in Singapore to the Malaysian Checkpoint. Although it cost a lot more than a normal one-way ambulance ride but I think the cost was well worth it because this transfer from Singapore to Malaysia would not have been possible without the advice and patience of Lentor's operations manager, Simon. Following Simon's advice, I was able to get the necessary approvals to get my mother across to the Malaysian Checkpoint where Lentor transferred her to a Malaysian ambulance company that I had engaged to receive my mother and take her through the immigration and MOH Health Screening and paperwork. Simon and his team were very attentive and kept me updated at all times, from the time they picked my mother up at the flat to the point when they went through Woodlands ICA Checkpoint to the time when they handed her to the Malaysian ambulance company. I really appreciate the attention to detail that Simon and his team gave to this job and the care and understanding that Simon's team gave to my mother. I cannot thank Simon enough for his help, advice and most of all, patience. I strongly recommend Lentor and would suggest that anyone that needs a less than usual ambulance service to speak with Simon directly. He was very polite, patient and knowledgeable.
