Great satay !

Decide to try out Leo satay after doing some research and i would say there was no regrets. Firstly orders are easy, just pull up the shop n get ur satay.. They are all frozen n ready. If not u can do the orders online at their website too. Furthermore, their satays are reasonably priced.. And they sell otah n wings too. The satay is very well marinated.. Giving it a nice glisten upon bbq.. N the gravy comes warm n on point..

The frozen satay taste good but the process of getting them is not worthy of even the 1 star I give here. First you are expected to have exact amount for the payment. Like who knows how much they cost ya?! Next the door bell to get attention is ridiculous. You press the bell and you press again and then again. Your chance is better if someone just happen to walk out thru the door. And hopefully this kind soul would shout out for another soul. And then this soul would give you the coldest, unwelcome treatment. And yes, by now you are expected to have the exact amount for the food you are about to order! Else, you'll get more than your change.. a frown! And then you'll be led like a convict to a specified spot, handed your warm satay and told to 'stay here'. That soul then disappears again leaving you to wonder... Err, what's next? Then she reappears with your order n shoves then to you only to disappear before you could utter the much underserved "Thank You"! Hope you can have a better experience than I did.
