I have been trying many salons, but have not been very satisfied, either because the cut is not suitable for me, or it's just too expensive for me. I am not very fussy, but I like a hairdresser who can shape my hair to suit my face. Very happy with my first haircut here at LH, done by Jeff, who is friendly and not exerttive.

As a customer who has been patronising for more than 3 years, this salon is one of few which offers dedicated service in neighbourhood area. Staff are bonding really well and know customer’s taste once they get to know you long enough. With great skillset and affordable pricing, you can expect long waiting time during peak period.

My hairstylist was Amanda. I asked her to cut my hair short in straight uShape. She explaoned to me what the outcome will be if I get straight ushape and it is not nice, she instead recommend me to not cut too short but still get the uShape and she explained to me that she will do thinning cut at the bottom so that it looks nicer for my face type. I will recommend her definitely, i like that she did not do her work just because she had to but she is very passionate and care about how you look.. so thank you Amanda for taking care of me Next is the best part Did not know that in Singapore they do massage when u ask for hair wash.. that was what happened.. i was so surprise.. Ms. Micky was the one who attended to me, she was so goof.. her massage skill was so awesome.. i felt so relax!!! Definitely worth coming here again especially the price is affordable.. for cut and wash (and massage) on weekend i paid sgd 37. Worth every penny!

Service is great, stylists know their stuff and can give you tips on how to maintain the look of your cut. Don't be afraid to ask questions if you don't know what cut to get. Just note they are more proficient in Chinese. Wash comes with a neck and head massage. Pricing is not bad for the service they provide.

Jason was one of the best and most attentive hairdressers I’ve met. Took the time to ensure a job well done and can see he takes pride in his work. Defo recommend!! Jiayou

Very disappointed with the customer service, supervisor's attitude and product quality. My wife signed up a package for hair coloring. This is the 2nd package and opted for the cheaper one though it is still more expensive compared to elsewhere, but it's convenient since it is near our house. To our horror, for the 1st 2 sessions, the hair became frizzy, experienced hair fall and severe scalp itchiness for more than a month. She went back to the saloon to feedback and also in subsequent sessions but the salon simply ignored it as they deem her as a picky customer. We gave the benefit of doubt but the hair condition became worse after the 3rd coloring. Finally, we approached the saloon and spoke to the supervisor Jason about this. He raised his voice and pushed all the fault to us. He defended his product claiming other customer did not have this problem, then it must be our fault. Think about this, even when we take medicine or covid vaccination, how can we tell those who have adverse side effect that we won't take the responsibility to address the situation and the vaccine is perfect? We demanded for a refund but was encountered with a louder shout from Jason as he flared up. In general, we like the shop as other stylists are friendly, but supervisor is impatient and has no sense of customer service. Jason wanted us to convert the package to another treatment package and even wanted to charge us extra for the 1st 3 sessions already consumed citing those will be deem as without package. This is absurd as on one hand he wanted us to convert to another package, but on the other hand what was already consumed in the original package had to be paid in full price just like we don't have a package. This revealed his evil intention just to cover up the bad quality of his product and merely want to earn more of our money. We didn't want to switch to any package because we are not confident of the quality of the rest of the product and don't want to be humiliated by Jason again whenever we go back to the saloon. Don't give him feedback as he takes it personally. We had lodged this with CASE even though Jason told us to go ahead as he won't bother about it. The CASE personnel also warned my wife not to go back to avoid any harm or violence from the salon, and don't use their product anymore after seeing my wife's hair condition from past photo.

This has been my regular go to place for the last 5 years even though I stay in the east. Every hairdresser here is highly skilled and provides good service. My regular hairstylist is Jeff, he is very dedicated and passionate with his work. The wash also comes with a good head and neck massage. Highly recommended.

I’ve been going at this salon for the last 2 years for high-lights and cuts and always been very happy. The salon is not very fancy but the hairdressers are skilled.
