Ignore whatapps msgs when she cannot find her client suitable room to rent. My cousin has to change agent because of this.
Totally unprofessional person and zero care for her clients.

You will end up paying commission to her with your undervalued property with scheming methods to make you believe in her giving you the "best" deal.
She will collude and conspire with corresponding agent to sell your unit fast and quick.
