★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hidden gem where you can buy your regular hardware stuff and also timber. they serve mostly contractors but the staff are friendly enough for you to ask questions. might be busy during peak hours. I find the period after lunch the best to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday (28/1/2020) was rushing down to Li Fong hardware enterprise after work as i wanted to purchase some items. reached and was closed which was before 5pm. was disappointed with the staff not picking up the phone and text me saying that they closed early at 4pm due to Chinese New Year. wasted my time and transportation fares just because they closed an hour earlier. The staff need to be better trained and informed customer better otherwise we as customer wont know when they will closed in advance again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found out about this hardware store by chance near my place. Wanted to buy some hardware sealant stuff and I must say the service provided by Li Fong Hardware is super good. I received prompt responses to my online inquiry from their website on the same day. I even had whatsapp follow-up from their staff (i think is BK) the day and next day to inform me when my order was coming in so that I can head down to collect. Not to mention I only bough a sealant & gun; I'm not even a wholesale buyer or contractor. But the customer service i got was so first class! Definitely the go-to for your hardware requirements! It is really a hidden Gem for a hardware store! Strongly recommended!!!!!! pls Support!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great general hardware store with wide variety and selection. I found the screws and washers I needed here. For DIYers or penny pinchers, a must come. Anyways, pricing is super affordable. best it could get. The store is inside some industrial tower and may be hard to find but it's location allows for the great diversity and tall shelves. Excellent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The go-to-place for any weird size screws or botts. Had a wonderful experience with one of the staff name Jing Xian. This young man were busy arranging stock when i popped into the store looking for some screws. He actually put aside his work to help me. The size of the screw i wanted was so unique that it took him awhile climbing up the ladder to find. And when he knew i came a day b4 and got the wrong size, he accepted an exchange even when i didn't have the receipt.
Never expected such service at an industrial park, i guess when one least expect, one actually gain more than expected.
