★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gem of a launderette run by Mr and Mrs Tan along Hougang Ave 8. Professional and reasonably priced - paid $32 for laundry of five panels of curtains, three 2.5m height and two half height.
Look beyond the quaint exterior of this family business: you will be rewarded with that old comfy feeling of a heartland shop while you get your laundry done. Very different from the new coin automated laundrymats popping up around us!
Convenient Gantry car park just behind the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unexpected to have such a huge laundry shop below a housing area. Have to comment the price is affordable and the staff are friendly. They have their own equipment for the laundry which unlike others they outsource to a cleaning company. Hence the quality can be assured. They even have their own dry cleaning machine which is eye opener to me. First time seeing a dry cleaning machine. Thumbs up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very honest business. Pricing is reasonable but what struck me is that the people running the biz are genuinely nice. They undercharged me a little and even when I wanted to pay them, they refused.
I will definitely come back to use their services though they are not the nearest to me. Thumbs up for their shop!
