Went for hair colouring at this salon near my house which I haven tried. I asked for a ash purple colour and I got a whole head of pink hair instead. The service was unprofessional and she still charged me $300 and asked me to go back for a $70 redye for the desired colour after the colour is washed off. The service was uncalled for too, the first bleaching wasn’t hurtful for my scalp cos I can see that she sectioned them. Second bleaching was painful cos she just piled the bleach chemicals everywhere without careful sectioning like the first and the third colouring was the worst cos it caused burning sensation in my scalp which I never experienced cos I do bleach and dye my whole head before. Before she attempted the dye I checked if she is sure she got the colour I wanted and she simply brushed me off. I saw the colour and I really think is not the right colour cos I’m not colourBlind? She reassured me it is correct?! Also, the experience was horrible, I feedback that my scalp was hurting badly, I fidgeted in my chair and I cried cos the pain was too intolerable. She just say that cos you bleached your hair but I do not think it will hurt if she didn’t get piles of dye onto my scalp just to get her work done earlier, without sparing a thought for her customer. The colour turned out horrible and I questioned cos it is totally off. She said that once you washed off will be the colour I want. I looked at her and said that I am very sure it will be pink and commented that the colour was ugly. I asked her to fix it so she say let me lighten the colour for you so she washed for me agin. True enough, it was pink and yet she didn’t apologise. Attitude was appalling and service was unprofessional. If your can’t or do not know how to do it, pls be honest with your customer. Kindly advise your potential customer to go somewhere else. It also seems like they purposely got the colour for you wrongly and get your on another service but they are the one making the mistake. I will not recommend this place Unless one is living nearby and going for a simple haircut. You may wish to spend your money elsewhere for hair colouring cos it is my worst experience in my life so far!

did rebonding thr w my mom paid almost thousands bcs we went thr twice. the first time we went there they burnt my moms sculpt but we thought we shld gv them another chance and went agn a year ltr to rebond agn but the rebonding only lasted a day for me and the keratin treatment my mom did wasnt even effective. the products they use are probably all from china and they're v rough w my hair. they also gossip about other customers once the customer leaves

I believe this Hairdresser have been around for quite sometime already. I have been coming here around more than 11 years. The owner Lily is Chinese speaking and professional. The price is reasonable as it is a small business only 6 seats. All I can say is if you wanted a nice neighbourhood hairdresser, value for money than give it a try. At time they can get quite busy during peak hours so please be patience or call them beforehand. ?
