β β β β β Bought sambal chicken fried rice on 13/5/20 at about 1035pm, cost $5.00 and there is no egg inside fry together and it was not sambal fried also and it was overcooked and smell 'chao tah' when I was eating at home. Dear staff at the shop please don't cook anyhow and just the sake of cooking and selling. It's not about the money... it's the quality of the food.... will never buy again from the shop and will inform all yishun friends not to go to this shop.

β β β β β The claypot herbal frog soup WAS very fresh last time.
Just ate theirs today (18aug19). Disappointed. Frog meat was cooked from frozen stage. They always have live ones caged. Taste was wet and chewy when bite. Not fresh. Meat taste old too.
Told the serving staff, who feign ignorance over the remark. Whispered among themselves and keep busy serving intentionally ignoring me. One nice lady came and said it was prep and freeze to lessen cooking time during peak period.
Got to reassure them that I am not after a discount. Then can see they are relieved.
Please understand, how much discount also can't make up the disappointment of a repeat customer.

Ordered 2 Chilli Crabs and I was told to wait 1 hour. Dish was not ready even after waiting for an hour plus. The staff lied to me that the crabs were in the midst of cooking but the Chef replied that he did not start preparing for any of crabs ordered by me at all.
I asked for a refund nicely but they did not want to initially. I left with no choice but to wait for another hour as I had made payment upon ordering. Only after waiting for 2hr plus, they agreed to do a refund.

β β β β β Ordered crab beehoon and spinach soup via Grab Food. The crab had a stink and strong iodine taste, meat was not firm. Soup was too salty.
Wanted to give this a try despite poor ratings on Google. Now I know why itβs averaging only 2 stars. Avoid!

β β β β β I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered Gong Bao Chicken Rice through Grab and I actually choked on a METAL piece. I am 8 months pregnant, had to rush to A&E at 11pm and stayed till 3am to get it removed from my throat. I am still not getting my compensation for the medical bills too. Definitely would never recommend dining here at all.

Hereβs my review:
Overpriced and bad tasting food! The worst was their salted egg yolk prawn ball medium sized portion at $32.80. It was extremely overpriced with only 8 small sized prawns! Thatβs $4 per prawn! Wow! And the taste was even worse. Hardly any salted egg taste, and the prawns were dry and hard, probably from over-frying. First time eating here in a long while and probably the last!
