Just tried the Fried Kway Teow, there's hardly any wok hei ! I ask the Uncle if they shifted from the old Woodlands Market Food Centre - Already Closed and he said Yes! They're been selling for 40 years !!! The Kway Teow was much more delicious at the old place fried by him. But currently he has hired a foreigner to fry it so the standard has dropped considerably!!! I don't blame him, he's old should be retired by now ... MONDAYS / FRIDAYS CLOSED ! Unable to edit the Hours on Google App faulty!!!

Quite average. They fried the Hokkien mee and fried kuay tiew in the sane wok. The Hokkien Mee has remnant taste of fried kuay tiew in it.

Hokkien mee and kway tiao is very nice to eat. Long waiting time of around 15mins to 30mins to get the food depending on time of day. Not very common in singapore. Good depth of flavour. There's some technical flaws but it does not matter. Cooking method is traditional and unique. Only a few hawkers in singapore cook like this. Noodle is moist and flavourful. Resonable amount of quantity on the plate. Maybe it is not worth to travel hundreds of miles to come here but if you are around two to five bus stops away, I would recommend you to come here to try.

The owner there don't even bother to wear a glove. He pick the noodle up with BARE hands. Can see alot of cockroaches inside their shop. Please look out. Eat at your own risk.

I personally like the hokkien mee. It’s the abit watery kind but at the same time flavourful. Will definitely recommend to order hokkien mee! The chilli is made from scratch too. It’s a hidden gem where you can find cheap and nice hokkien mee!

My wife and I thought this stall looked traditional and the food should taste good. We were so very wrong. Fried hokkien mee tastes mediocre, as though it was cooked by newbie. The chilli is poorer than factory made chilli. Only thing good about this is the squid that came with the noodles felt fresh.

My opinion is that char kway teow is too sweet for me. However I can feel how much effort uncle put inside. My suggestion is to order hokkien mee. The one is very delicious and savory. I will come here again for hokkien mee. Additionally it also back lured for the money in whole stall dishes.

Hokkien mee looks pretty normal til you sink your teeth in. Very flavorful soup stock used to make this. But alas, noodle and thick bee hoon weren' simmered long enough to soften nor soak up all that wonderful goodness. Calling this a healthy version, for wasn't fried with pork lard nor had lard bits. Didn't have wok hei too. Chunky juicy pieces of prawn and sotong was a bonus though. Room for improvement.
