★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy LifeLine Wheelchairs. I purchased the Wheelchair and used it for only a month. After that I kept the wheelchair in storage. After the 1 year warranty period, the wheelchair rubber tread disintegrated. Horrible workmanship and poor quality material used. I called the Company and I wanted to repair just the tread. The staff told me to pay $219+ to repair 2 rubber treads and $49 as labor charge!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly poor customer service. My fiancé and I wanted to rent an oxygen tank urgently for our dog, who passed away within a few hours of the delivery. Not only did it take multiple calls to get through, the service provided by both the recipient of the call and the delivery person was abysmal, who displayed zero sensitivity to our dying dog. One would expect staff working in the medical equipment line to understand the urgency and tact required in such industries. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super lousy customer service and quality of wheelchair. I bought a new wheelchair just under a year and the rubber on the wheel started peeling within 6 month and last week the whole rubber ring came off the wheel. I've been trying to call them for weeks now and it just rings endlessly with no answer. Super frusting as my mum is a stroke patient and I need the wheelchair repaired urgently in order to bring her for her check-up next week!! ?
