★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the shop on 6 August noon and was attended by a lady. The service was horrible especially her tone in advising the function of the product. I bought a size S transfer belt with hip support and realise the size was definitely not a S while i try it at home. Throughout the whole process, she kept emphasizing no exchange is allowed and now, I wonder if it is because it is a planned quality/size mismatch. Very disappointed to have such awful service in a hospital environment when customers needed the most support. i hope the manager will look into the attitude of the staff.

Instead, within the same hour, I bought an almost similar function product at SingHealth Pharmacare located at Block 4.
