Got a Krisflyer voucher for Facial and Eye Treatment but the Eye treatment was only a "mask." Nothing special about this facial. Did not sign any package as I was rushing to another appt and dont intend to sign any package. Not spectacular to win my heart.

I have a wonderful massage, therapist is patient and skilful. There is a lot of massages you can enjoy which the manager Jan explained any products you need, I definitely will continue with their service here

i had a birthday promotion facial and it was awful, the room and blankets not really up to standard, blankets too thin not enof to cover and the therapists was rushing like going to catch a bullet train! i didnt feel relaxed and even the mask took of within 10 mins! and she kept doing every treatment rushing from extraction to everyting and eyetreatment just put some cream say mask and massage is not in neck or even cleanse scrub dont do neck? say diff package? my god i hv been to many high class spas never miss the neck and suprise say neck is diff is it dislodged from the face is diff? face neck shoulder massage is a standard and main relax but horrible never felt calm and relax not even a hr . agree wiht some value new clients or not cheap clients like us who pay only $28 as disc for birthday promotion. i wonder why standard chartered choose this spa?? also i feel dont show respect either indian or matured seems more for working young chinese girls and the counter is crowded with so many girls all staring and kind of not presentable way of receiving cusotmers!

Love the surroundings and the staff are very friendly and courteous. A place to relax for massage or facial after a hard day's work! Love my therapist Rachel who does a great job!! Highly recommended ?????

the service provided is good but is another hard selling packages. good thing the packages can have mix facial and massage. the Sales consultant (didnt catch her name) was very understanding on signing up their packages. was in for a promo treat and didnt know there is a fish to catch. hehehe 2nd session went over, the massage wasnt as good as the 1st one. Unless if you have a huge generous budget in yr wallet, this place maybe suitable for you. Nice ambience.

My initial experience was a massage promotion from Standchart during my birthday month. The experience with the therapist, Xiao Xue, was so good that I signed up a package with them. The counter staff and consultants are very friendly. The waiting area ambience was very conducive. The massage room was spacious and clean. Overall, the environment is very good and makes one feel very relaxed. Highly recommended to give this place a try. I am into my second package now.

Place is great, right at the heart of Orchard. Easily accessible from MRT Station and bus stops. Offers a variety of facial and massage packages so options are available and can do both treatments at the same time and place. Easy to get appointments too if you do not have a specific request for therapist/masseur. However, the sales consultants will try to get sales every now and then even though customers have existing few packages with them, so it will be great if they can give customers a break before getting customers to buy packages again.

Nice facilities and decor. Massage was pretty good as well. If you're a first timer here, keep a lookout for promos on their website. Did a 1 hour massage for 2 pax for $118 nett. Pretty good deal!
