โ โ โ โ โ a blatant rip-off, not to mention complete incompetence! issue was diagnosed as a faulty pcb on one of the indoor units. was first charged $60 for the investigation, then quoted $322.85 for replacement, including $186.50 for a new pcb, $56.35 for a new signal receiver, and $80 for transport and labour. called up daikin and was advised that a new pcb costs $122 before gst. disputed the quotation and was told that $186.50 includes the new receiver ($45 before gst) but the math did not add up. also, they included the signal receiver because they had encountered cases where the receiver gave way a few weeks after the pcb replacement. saw through the con and called daikin up for help. daikin came down the next morning, and found that the problem was something else altogether (faulty sensor on the outside unit). fixed for $124 within the hour. now i need a new reliable aircon servicing company - any recommendations?

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent service. My home aircon dripped water for months and we tried a few aircon companies but unable to resolve our problem. One of the company even suggested to put a pail as the dripping will not spoil the aircon. Had a conversation with Lightning boss and decided to give it a try and glad that we give them a chance and my aircon no longer drip water and we signed up maintenance package with them too as it really worth it.

โ โ โ โ โ Poor experience over the call services. The servicing guys are ok but the ladies who answer the calls can really get you quite mad. Appointment screw up, no show because these ladies do a poor job. And really cannot understand what they are saying at all

โ โ โ โ โ Used this company for my shop and my home. Both occasions did a very good job. Response is very fast like the company name. Service guys know what to do for my shop A/C as it was more complicated with old cassette units. Prices are reasonable too. I would recommend this company to my relatives and friends.
