โ โ โ โ โ why are they so rude? it's not hard to be nice. they sound like they hate being there and they hate you. your customer service job is literally only taking orders and saying thank you when you hand over a drink how do you mess that up so badly

โ โ โ โ โ Went there around 5:45 where there was barely any people so I expected customer service to be good if not decent at least but was shocked at the bad customer service. Woman taking my order was rushing my order and was shouting. I literally thought I was at a coffee shop. Please improve your customer service. It's so bad.

โ โ โ โ โ Rude staff. I can understand everybody can have a bad day when too busy in the work, but when I went, there's no customers, but service is too too bad. Literally shouting at me while taking my order. Worst LiHo branch i've ever been.

โ โ โ โ โ super bad service. the staff were super impatient and kept asking me to leave the store even though I was just trying to find my coupon. they couldn't accept a screenshot of my coupon which can still be scanned. I then tried to order a milk tea with pearls at student price telling them that I would pay for it, but the staff told me that the student price was only for green tea despite me ordering this over 20 times from liho. I literally cannot take the anymore nonsense from the staff and they really need to fix their stinking attitude. I would recommend everyone to go to koi instead.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible customer service. I waited for over 20 minutes for my drink because the staff were screaming at each other instead of making the drinks. Dismissed customers rudely when we asked how long do we have to wait for our drinks. Queue number was stuck permanently at 19 for over 20 minutes. 2 of the staff just packed up their stuff and left in the middle of shift. Their customer service is seriously atrocious given all the negative reviews here, and liho should seriously consider changing the staff at this branch. Didnโt even get my drink in the end, terrible outlet.

โ โ โ โ โ Seriously the lady in bob hair wearing specs donโt even know what is a customer service at all. Act like as if youre a gong kia and ask if your number is which one in the reciept . Liho should start to close down this branch . Because this is a very terrible customer service at all. You think customer dont have money to buy your beverage or issit we look like a beggar to you? Not even a smile or not even a words Hi what drinks youre ordering today? What kind of service is this .terribly bad

โ โ โ โ โ Seriously the worst outlet, Customer service is always very bad. The staff there always seem irritated and impatient. Went there with my wife to order a simple cup of milk tea without pearl. Repeated 2 times to the guy without pearl, and guess what, when drink ready and unsurprisingly there are pearls inside. When my wife asked him about it, he still can insist milk tea MUST come with pearls, no such thing as without pearls. We were left speechless and decided to leave, no point arguing with an idiot.
