Great experience at like lights. Jonas was very patient with explaining the function of lamp that we are looking out for. And assisting us with choosing the color combinations that best fit our reno design. Definitely recommend if you are looking for quality and unique lighting.

Update: It’s OK to make mistakes! Though I felt today’s experience was not a great one. We were due to collect our lights today though were surprised when we were told that the lights are not assembled yet. And that we should have made an appointment for collection. Unfortunately, that was not mentioned when we agreed the collection for today. I sound kinda petty there though I think this is a learning to share - that it is best to have an appointment be it for viewing or collection. To their credit, the lights were immediately assembled and we can’t wait to have them strung up once our renovation is done. Original review: Like Lights is in a secret room located at the back and top of Contat Decoration, a related store that sells doors and such wholesale. A sense of anticipation builds as you approach the unlabeled door. What treasures await? Jonas has a wealth of information and he will not hesitate to share his expertise towards picking the right lighting for you. The selection is kinda small but there are gems for sure. From lamps made from plates, to a lamp that looks like paper - till you touch it… you may just find the right piece for your new abode/office that will stand out from your typical IKEA and Dabao options. Thank you, Jonas for your absolute patience in helping us pick the right “durian” and being so forthcoming with your recommendations while considering our personal wants. P.S. those who are driving, just drive all the way up to the 5th floor and park outside 05-21. To do that, turn left upon driving into Eastlink instead of going straight. And oh, you can get 5% off by leaving a Google review too.

So many people rave about how cheap it is to buy home furnishing stuff from Taobao. Though we are skeptical about the quality, we decided to give it a try and totally regretted. Shopping through TB it's a hit and miss. When you are lucky, you receive your order in good condition at cheap price. When you are unlucky, you receive your order with minor defects which they will not exchange or compensate you and you have to live with that. We bought our dining pendant lights from TB. It was delivered to us in crate. We checked and thought everything is in good condition but when our electricians came to do the installation, they said 1 of the lights has hairline cracks and advised us not to install it which we agreed. Safety comes first. So we told them to install the other 2 lights to see if it looks weird. The moment they wanna screw in the light bulb, the whole lights cover dropped from ceiling and cracked on the floor. (Not sure what is the material of the Nordic light covers, I think it's clay.) It was a shocked to us. Luckily, nobody got hurt. We were glad that it happened now and not during house warming. We decided to purchase another pendant lights for our dining area locally and got to know about Like Lights through our ID. We were glad to met Jonas who patiently advised us on which lighting is suitable for us and how to maintain it. We got the lights installed yesterday and totally loving it! All our friends and family said it looked classy and beautiful! ❤
