★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad impression with this company. I called up to ask if they do hacking of floor tiles aside from supplying the carpet. The guy who answered my call just said "I don't know". How can a sales rep just say straight away they don't know? Products and services should be cleared and made known to the staff so they can answer the customers in a polite, positive manner.
Another thing is that, instead of getting my contact number and email address to send me a quote, he asked me to call at 6pm, which is beyond office working hours already.
Terrible customer service.

Top notch service, sales staff provided recommendation on the type of carpet we should get based on the furniture, interior design concept and colour tone of the living room where we were intending to place the carpet. She was patient and knowledgeable with her products.
Large selection of design at a reasonable price point. Carpets are imported from Belgium. They do free delivery for purchases above a certain amount. Since we didnt hit this amount, the shop uncle helped to bring the carpet to my car and helped position it. (We got a 200x290 a large one).
Will go back there if i need carpets.
