★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a Condensing Unit based on the measurements given by the staff.
When we received the item, the measurements didn't match what was advised to us.
We told them that is was an error on the part of the staff but they said that the error/ fault lies in the manufacturer's catalog.
We asked for refund on that very day but they did no accede our request.
Now, I have a condensing unit which is of no value to me. I cannot even use it as a paperweight.
