Before i attended Lionel's course, i did not know how to market or brand myself or my photography services. However through a 3 day course with him, I learned how to use tools like Google Sites, Google My Business, the importance of my Linked-In Profile properly done and how to match colours clothing that suits my skin, eyeball and hair colour. I am now more confident to present myself and my services to my potential clients and this has helped me in being comfortable with having an online presence. Thanks Lionel! :)

Attending Lionel's two-day workshop has opened my eyes to the importance of personal branding, which is something I had not paid much attention to before. It is fun to do hands-on activities to learn more about the different features of LinkedIn and Google (Sites, My Business) to help boost our own brands / businesses online. I look forward to applying many of the lessons learnt and I encourage anyone who wants to learn more to check out Lionel's workshops.

A fruitful two days course with Lionel Lim on how to boost your personal branding. Lionel made his workshop fun, engaging and fully hands-on. In just one session, we not only learned to create and improve our own image and identities on different platforms; we were also introduced to a website that supported this transition and made it smooth and easy. Knowledge gained from Lionel's workshop can be used not only on yourself but also any business you wish to set up. I truly gained more insights with him on how others view myself and my future business.

I attended a Workshop recently conducted by Lionel Lim on ‘How to brand yourself and get headhunted online?’. Through this workshop, I learnt to use LinkedIn and Google sites tools to increase one’s online profile search. Very essential skill to acquire if you are running your own online business. As Asians, we normally shy away from showcasing our talents and skills as it might be seen as self-bragging and being boastful. It’s embedded in our culture and upbringing. Hence, in most Asian societies, talent search is usually by word of mouth or recommendation. An approach that has been adopted for centuries and could be grossly flawed and bias. It resulted in people in high elite position handpicking talents from their own close social circle. Sadly, the meritocratic system has evolved from its true meaning to aid social mobility for the greater good. This could probably be the reason why Board gender quota tends to be higher for our male counterparts as compared to females.Ironically, the women in our midst are asked to fix it. To be objective, certain fields or disciplines that are too specialised and need years of accumulated experience to be competent, would still need foreign talents to fill the gap. Perhaps, we hope these FTs could mentor our own flock, to raise our locals’ competency. Provided they do, otherwise is just a come and go process and a form of outsourcing.We would be back to square one. Thank you Lionel.? I attended Lionel 2-day "Getting Head Hunted Online" course. Lionel have taught me how to transform my plain and simple LinkedIn home page to a professional and attractive looking. I have also learned to use Canva, Google Site Builder, Google My Business and Youtube Channel to create my own personal very professional looking web site to package, promote and present my personal branding to attract head hunter.

I got to know Lionel whilst attending the SGUS Writers’ Content Programme conducted by Singapore Media Academy. Lionel was our instructor for the module “Getting Headhunted Online”. Lionel is an enthusiastic and engaging speaker. His course materials are clear and concise. I like that there were many hands-on practices on the various online platforms throughout the two days; not just purely academic. This practical course is very informative and useful. I have learnt how to brand myself and boost my online presence. The course is beyond my expectations! My sincere thanks to Lionel!
