Every time, the person would answer the phone and speak only in Chinese. I request to speak with someone in English but again, person kept talking to me in Chinese. I tried calling again later the same day, the person who answered the phone again spoke only Chinese and then just hanged up on me. At first, I thought it was some kind of error so I called back. Again, she just hanged up the phone. I am stunned with this kind of professionalism and rudeness. I guess, they only want to teach Chinese to people who can already speak Chinese.

Her teacher, Ms Qiao, is very dedicated and puts in great effort to ensure that she understands her work well. She is very encouraging and instils in her students a love for the Chinese language. My 6 year old also attends a group class under Ms Qiao and he is able to recognise and read many Chinese words and phrases. He has developed a strong interest in Chinese and looks forward to class every week. We are very happy with their progress.
