H	Haida Ismail on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a few kids dry fit shorts at this shop. There were an older woman, a young lady and a helper at that time of point during my purchase. When I was at the counter, a young lady was packing my items into bag, so I pass the cash to the older lady, she appears to pretend not to sees it. I then held my hand slightly higher and say 'excuse me', shes looking away from me and can see that she's peeping from her corner of her eyes. The young lady eventually took my money. Not sure if its my race difference but it rather felt that way. For a moment I felt like cancelling my purchases, but because of that young lady politeness, I decided not to.
C	Chiun May Leow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a dress for my daughter at another outlet which is also located at Chinatown. Unfortunately the dress was too tight and brought it back for an exchange. There were limited designs to exchange at the physical shop but they had many designs on shopee. I asked for possiblity of getting a design from shopee to exchange but it was no as this was company policy and the shop assistant was not interested in serving. When i feedback to management, they said they have full stock in their main branch but the policy applies. Only can exchange in the same shop that the dress was bought. So it deficits for exchange if there is no size no design. I am force to choose a dress that i am not satisfied. If you want to buy make sure u bring your children there. Their cutting varies so some cutting is smaller even though i up sized.
