Paid a king's ransom, and after the first class I feel like filing a complaint with the business bureau. My child spent 3/4 of the time waiting for the other three kids in her class to be done, essentially standing at the edge of the pool

However my review is for the customer service for the company (not specific to this branch) Enquired for a fully paid trial lesson and was allocated a slot at another branch (which was still alright) but upon wanting to sign up we were informed that there were no more slots at all branches. There was no waiting list or new classes planned and we were advised to keep calling in the event there is a drop out. If there are no slots available for signing up, it should be made known even before the trial lesson commences. The trial lesson was not entirely cheap either. It is rather unfair to give customers a false sense of hope when we signed up for the trial lesson only to be disappointed at the very end.
Y	Yee Yeong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Swimming lessons for kids: Melvin is probably the best instructor here, though every teacher here is really a star. There are lessons all the way from infant through kindergarten. COVID measures make it such that class sizes are really small at the moment.
W	Wee Kiong Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Environment is great. Teachers are engaging. However notifying parents change of schedule 3 days in advance and forfeit the lessons if parents cannot make it is no way to do business. We have to fold all plans just because of such arrangement by the school.

I paid twice but both term they tell me I didn't pay then later tell me system error. I even ask them if they need a screenshot. They say don't need after a few weeks call me ask me if I paid. 2nd. My girl is 3plus. I enroll her into a class and every week I have different group of age 6 kids joining her class. Basically the difference in their ability to swim doesn't seem to make sense to be in the same class. And the reply I get is make up class doesn't need to be in the same level. And I even try to move her to another class because the first class she is in there 5 kids and some just keep crying. When I move her to a smaller class I get different big kids coming every week to mess up her progress. Suddenly from 4 meters she have to swim 8 meters. She definitely won't feel confident about it. So no matter which way I doesn't seem to work correctly.
