Although it was a petty small premium balcony refurbishment project, Edmund did not in anyway let us feel that it was too small for his attention. In a nut shell, job is well coordinated, well done and complete ahead of schedule amidst tied schedule and manpower challenges with the various contractors. Thank you Edmund! For displaying a high level of professionalism.??

Highly recommend Alan and his team from Livinci Interior Design for renovation works and thank you for creating a home I look forward to return to. Like any new home owners who are looking to renovate their first home, I am highly excited about creating my dream home but yet at the same time, extremely worried about choosing the wrong ID firm to do it (too many horror stories I had been reading online) I decided to pick Alan because he was highly responsive and will go the extra mile (with great initiative and proactiveness) to ensure that things turn out to what I expect and more – as there are many things in renovation a layman like myself would not have anticipated in an old resale flat like mine (built in 1976) Also among all the ID firms I had spoken with, he and his team are the ones who are willing to listen to me, trying their best to realize my ideas and concepts and providing better alternative suggestions. I find this process highly important because I am not looking for a cookie cutter home renovation. My concept brief to them is that I wanted a gallery-like space where I can express my own individuality and not compete with my deco and soft-finishings and my bathroom area has to be the key focus of my entire home. And they brought everything to life (right from the first 3D drawings) I am glad that I had my renovation works done by him as I can assure you, the journey is definitely not smooth sailing (especially during COVID19 situation and just 2 months before CNY) and my gut instinct was right about Alan, he was always there and always assuring, he will ensure that problems are resolved and up to my expectation even after the full renovation is done and final payment is made. This is what separates him from the rest who only sees this as a job, instead he always says “I see this as my own home when I take on this job” and he meant every words he says. Engaged the LiVinci team for our home renovation. Despite Covid situation which was chaotic, the team is able to get things on track and fulfil our demands and wants. We came in knowing what we wanted but got some great tips from the team on the stuffs we overlooked and failed to plan. Some hits and misses due to our demands but the team is accommodating and try their best to deliver which we appreciate. Overall, great communications, great service and attitude in delivering a good quality and beautiful place we call home. Exotic interior design concepts, a bit pricy but comes with quality design, designers team are young and creative, sales people are eloquent but smoke too much (I mean cigarettes). Fun fact: there’s a 24hr vending machine outside the design house, for those who are thirsty in the middle of the night :-)

Definitely a horrible experience for me. It was ID Daniel and Mingo who managed my project, and all I requested was a simple coating to be applied on my flooring. However, everything went wrong and they offered remediation (supposedly commendable compensatory actions) which still didn’t go well and the whole work delayed for more than 2 months. Seemingly, their contractors also do not follow the “standard” industry practice and always not adhering to the agreed timeline (even with buffered time). 1. Screedwork looks like claws all over the floor, with small black patches here and there. 2. Paint torn off in many parts of the house 3. Walls have cement stains 4. Both toilets left stained and dirty 5. Existing Vinyl in rooms cement stained 6. Main gate and main door stained 7. Kitchen marble top cement stains 8. Computer room vinyl popped up and spoilt - door can’t be closed properly. 9. Stained roller blinds 10. Mirror silicon not patched back 11. Broken DB box cover 12. Corridor and lift area floor left dirty I shall spare the other details on the whole nightmare, and if you are keen to know the specifics, do pm me. On the most frustrating piece, it was the time and inconvenience caused during the whole incident. My wife and I ended up staying outside for more than 2 months, though it’s supposedly a 3 days work. They lack of professional technical expertise and can’t deliver even when given a reasonable deadline for the remediation work. End day, the work is still not done, a lot of DAMAGES done to the house, and we still have to engage another contractor to do up our house again. Though they agreed to refund us our deposit (do note that they did not provide compensation for the above mentioned damages), they left the house in a wrecked condition. We will NOT recommend this company.

Glad to found my ID Zhi Hao . He kept to his promises to deliver my Reno in 2 months and before cny . He is a good listener , very responsive . Workmanship is good . We are Happy with his work . Thumb up to Zhi Hao and livinci

This is my 2nd renovation for my house, had a terrible experience with my 1st ID it was a big disaster. So me and my wife decide to renovate it the 2nd time after a year. We went to a few ID to get their quotations and design. After 2 month of deciding we went with Livinci interior (Toa Payoh Branch). ZHI HAO from Livinci interior help us not to only came out with a very good design he also listen to every details that we want and make it happens with a very constraint budget and the best part is he is detailed with all the things that he does, he ensure his contractor do everything Swee2. Even when handing over after the renovation he came back to touch up some paint on my walls and help me to drill my tv console for my wire trucking, such an honest guy and take his work passionately and seriously. Thumbs up for Zhi Hao from Livinci interior will surely recommend this guy to my family and friends.

We reached out to a few ID firms but no one willing to accept our job due to time constraint (Short turnaround time). We are so grateful Amanda from Livinci is willing to take up this challenging project and able to handover on time. Beside on time delivery, Amanda gave an extra hand in all coordination works, shortlisted items for my selection, provided weekly site updates, etc which really helps a lot during our busy schedule; we visited the site less than 3 times during renovation period. Shout out to Amanda and her team for the effort & hard work to ensure on-time completion. Definitely will share your hard work “output” with you once we have unpacked the boxes. :)
