We bought a Chesterfield Sofa and Leather Armchair from Locus Habitat, where they offer the best quality furniture at an affordable price. However, my wife's wise intuition suggested never buy products based on low prices as there are so many factors to consider, like whether the seller offers a genuine product? reputable in the market? , warranty coverage? hidden costs? after-sales support and other factors are crucial for such long term investment. After some research, we found that they provide premium quality products and was impressed by their knowledgeable staffs and friendly services, no hard sales pressure felt at all.. after one hour at the store, we know this is the right place to purchase sofa and chair set for our living room, the price was a steal and almost on equally great value, but one thing for sure, at the showroom you can feel, touch, trial the actual products, along with warm customer experience compared to online stores.

We bought our furniture more than 5 years. Due to Singapore hot and humid weather, some of the pieces have started to breakdown. We contacted the company to ask for repair recommendations. To our surprise, Mr. Jerry remembered us after so more years. He has full memory of our purchases and he even remembered the details of our furniture placement at our place. Mr. Jerry then offered to come to our place to view the damage of our furniture. During the first visit, Mr. Jerry explained how the damages occurred and he offered his assistance to try to repair some of the damages. Subsequently he came to place again with the necessary tools and he spent the whole morning repairing most of the visible damage on our 3 seater sofa, ottoman and lounge chair. These furniture look like they have reversed 3-4 years of age after his efforts. For those furniture that are badly damaged, Mr. Jerry also helped to assess the options and offered the most economical and viable option for our consideration. As mentioned, these furniture were bought more than 5 years ago, they are no longer under any warranty. Nevertheless, Locus Habitat offered to full assistance and it provided good advise with no cost. I think this is probably my first encounter with any firm that not only remembered years ago customer in details and it provided full commitment and effort to assist the customer (even though there is no obligation). Kudos to Locus Habitat and Mr. Jerry for providing such excellence customer service. Beautiful products and most excellent customer service that endured the test of time.

I heard the good reviews on the full grain leather sofa at Locus Habitat and decided to drop in. Each armchair I sat on gave me a different feel. It was not love at first sight but it was love at first seating on this particular wing armchair so I purchased it shortly after Jerry told me the function of the wings. The delivery was quick and prompt and to my surprise I was given a small carpet to compliment the wing armchair. I am so glad I came by.

They did a wonderful job repairing our chesterfield sofa, my puppy had bitten part of the underlining off. Overall, I am very satisfied with the prompt and attentive service, they have an impressive selection of quality leather furniture to suit your needs and so far I have purchased a few pieces over the years!

Recently I wanted to change my settee set and decided to visited your shop again. I bought a very good leather settee. Besides having very good leather products I am very impressed with your service and product knowledge.
