★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery driver to orchard towers parked illegally and blocked the entire road. Understandable as it was drizzling. However, he went ahead the road to block the entrance to the loading bay and caused a jam because other vehicles could not go in. Delivery staff was extremely rude and shouted at another driver when asked to move his vehicle into the loading bay.
