Stay Away. very unethical of doing business.

Thought i was the only who who encounter bad service and bad attitude till I reviewed them. Enuf said just read the previous 3 reviews on them.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Installed air cons in my place as my ID recommended them. They were very fast and efficient at reminding us for maintenance but after just a couple of years lots of problems like piping condensation, insulation etc all not done properly and the staff even broke one of our air cons during testing. They promised to repair for free, as staff was the one who broke the air con, but guess what, they tried to charge me in disguise as additional parts for another air con. Im not that stupid i can do market research on pricing okay and i know they tried to charge me double. In the end i hired other company to check and learnt that the initial installation was badly done with piping insulation and piping installed wrongly as well as materials scrimped on resulting in aircon leakage. Worse is that the aircon leaked so badly it damaged my walls, and my flooring plus skirting of the wall totally ruined and soaked Boss Their boss Eddy, tried to ask me to take down my review and then nevermind that i told them sure, if they compensate my damaged flooring and i supplied proof of all the damages including loust piping and insulation done. The boss then went silent and i noticed my reviews got taken down. So here i am leaving yet another review. Contract them only at your own risk terrible ethics and low quality products.

issues after issues, water leakage, heed their advice install pump, 9 months later pump spoil, and tell me pump not in warranty. will seek another coy for 2nd opinion. Below is histoy of happening: year 2018 30 jul, leak at living room, master bed room, guest room, servicing done. 4 Aug, leak at guest bedroom, servicing done 9 Aug, leak at guest bedroom 14 Aug, leak at guest bedroom, servicing done on 18th aug 22 Aug, leak at guestroom 27 Aug, leak at guestroom 28 Aug, leak at guestroom 29 Aug, leak at guestroom 6 Sep, leak at guestroom 13 to 21 sep, overseas 22 sep, servicing done install water pump year 2019 4 jun leak at guest room, damaging cupboard.
