I had a neck sprain. Went there and saw this "professor". Checked my wrist and asked some questions about my stool etc. After scribbling, he told me there will be acupuncture, tuina and medicine. Went upstairs and a lady poke needles all over my back and legs. Some spots were extremely painful and bleeded. After that, a guy came to tuina my back. He pressed so hard on both sides of my spine that the pain continue 3 days after I left. Then I went down to see the "professor " again. The best thing was he forgot that I told him my right neck pain. And he asked me about how was my pain on my left side after the massage. My goodness, what a blur tcm. Then while waiting for my medicine, he asked another patient all the same questions about sleep, stool etc. Finally, gave me 1 week of herbs medicine and total bill $200+. I have seen other tcms where even with medicine, the fees are $50-$80. Anyway, nothing improved on my sprained neck.

This old professor is an expert in extracting money from you like ATM machine. I spent USD 500 just by seeing him twice, without actually solving my problem, never going back again! I went to him one month ago due to my leg-pain and hope it can be solved by some TCM accupuncture or external chinese-medicinal patches. Over the phone, his assistant gave me confidence by saying he solves all weird and difficult diseases. During my 1st appointment, we spent 1.5 hours discussing about unrelated matters, including questions like "Do you have nightmares at night? Do you perspire a lot? Is your stool hard or soft? What's the color of your pleghm? blah blah blah"... I answered these questions, looking at him busy scribbling down on his notepad and wondering what has all these got to do with my leg pain. After all that I was given 10-days prescribed chinese-medicine, and nothing else. The bill came and it was $200! I thought "Hmm.. Okay, let's try and see how it goes." When I went back for second appointment, he was attending to another caucasian male before me, and I heard him asking exactly the same set of questions he asked me previously! That patient was told exactly the same thing, he was given some prescribed chinese medicine to take for a week and come back for follow-up. Then it was my turn, I thought today we're going to do something about my leg pain finally! Again he began to ask me the exact same questions and if I noticed anything different after taking his medicine. I said "no difference" and asked him what to do about my leg pain? He rubbed my sole a little, and said "I can't see what is wrong, let's monitor. I'll give you another 10 days worth of Chinese medicine. Finish it and come back to follow-up." I asked him how about helping me by accupuncture, he said he knows nothing about it and isn't specialized in it. All over the counter there it was written accupuncture charges, and he said he isn't specialized in it. This time I had another bill-shock, it was $300! I couldn't imagine keep going back for follow-up and endure the same bill-shock without solving my leg-pain! Honestly I don't think leg-pain can be cured just by eating bitter TCM medicine. Unless those are pain-killers. Wow, visiting him consecutively 10 times could easily fund him a nice one-week Europe Holiday! On the walls of his messy clinic are all pictures of him traveling :(

I absolutely love my TCM doctor! He is known as the modern miracle doctor. His medication works wonders on me and he can pin point the exact problem in a second. Wherever I have pain or strain just an acupuncture treatment will do. Truly amazing and I strongly recommend him to anyone. The wait may be long at times, but book an appt. Hr will spend as much time with you as you need. Very attentive and personal doctor and team.

He doesn’t really care about a patient’s feelings, just say what he likes to say, criticising your lifestyle and if he couldn’t get him clear he will just “ Chinese couldn’t even understand Mandarin ?!!!” Just couldn’t believe he is a “professor “. Pricey for the medicine, easily a few hundred dollars per visit and yet not really effective.

Be careful. He is a real crook and manipulator. The cost of an appointment is $30, but then he gave me whatever herbs for the price of $1058. The first time in my life I was in the state of hypnosis. I swear, I couldn't refuse. We were together with my husband and same with him. One hour later we realized what happened, we returned, but the shop was closed. And since we were just for a day in Singapore, no chance to return. All together- horrible experience.
