★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressive customer service! Served by Michelle. She was patient and gave us recommendations. As we were rushing for time, so we left the bag at the shop to collect it later. She helped us gift wrap the bag into a box and made it so presentable as gift. She took photos and sent us before we collect it!
