Lotus at Paya Lebar - 17 Lor 41 Geylang

7 months and I can't count the number of times the air conditioning has broken down. Just this week I've had 4 nights with no air conditioning. It's...... bloody hot to say the least. Obviously management not wanting to fork out the cost to fix it properly.

Nice, nostalgic & resortic looks. The staffs are friendly & helpful. Going to places is convenient as it's a 5 mins walk to the MRT. Shopping mall about 10 mins.

Been staying here for the past year and a half. The management is very helpful : they would fix any issue (aircon, washing machine...) within one or two days. They take very good care of the facilities in general.

The alleyway too compact.lots of plane love to fly pass here so it can get noisy at night and day. Not much view to look too also

Wonderful place for short and medium stay. Upscale condo with some of the benefits that comes with a service apartment. Staff are friendly and courteous. Well designed. A mix of converted conservation properties with a newly developed condo at the back. Has a swimming pool and a gym at the eighth floor. Complimentary breakfast offered for all residents in the East wing. WiFi is include in the monthly rent.

Very nice short term stay apartment.

Stayed here for 3 months for a short stay and absolutely loved it! From finding this unit here at Lotus Paya lebar, admin, agents are all really nice and genuine from the guards, to checking in, out. Shoutout to Juan, Mike and Jasper. Here are some pros and cons of our stay here! ? Pros: - Location is fantastic, literally the back door is at Paya Lebar mrt and entrance to PLQ mall - There is a total of 3 malls nearby and many food choices - The gym and swimming pool are really good and big for a small place like this - Overall really nice vibes, every day with a ton of sunlight which fills into the room! Cons: - Expensive for a short term stay - Noise at the road can be very loud at night as it is a main road. If you are a light sleeper it can be a real pain - Birds and Ambulances can be quite annoying as well. - Smelly tofu down the road can be quite stink when you are walking back
