★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great clothing, however inflexible exchange system. If you buy it online and collect in store, they do not allow exchanges there and then. However they take it back, takes a few days to email you a credit code and you have to then reorder it online - by then the item would have been stocked out. It’s not a customer-first experience and pretty poor in today’s time, due to their different inventory system. Their online store is treated as a different entity from their physically store, which doesn’t make sense to the customer. Would I recommend this place? Probably not.
