Fantastic experience with Lovesignia! Customized my wedding bands with them and the rings turned out exactly the way we wanted it. Love that the rings are now a unique piece to both of us. We were on a search for jewellers' after researching on the type of female wedding band that we would like to customize. A search on google prompted us to make a trip down to a few jewellers' and Lovesignia was our last stop. At this point, we were still keeping a lookout for male wedding band. We've read all the 5* reviews on Google prior to our appointment, but didn't dare to set our expectations high. But the moment we entered, we knew the reason for all these 5* reviews. Rachel warmly welcomed us and assisted us. On our initial appointment, she took time to understand what we were looking for. With a reference photo, she did a rough layout with our preferred gems. This process really helped us a lot as we are able to better visualize, made tweaks to the design on the spot before committing to it. It was also at Lovesignia that we finally found a male wedding band that my fiancé really loved. We took quite awhile to work out the details. Through the entire process from discussing to designing and finalizing the wedding bands, Rachel was ever so patient with us, always listening to our needs and sharing her suggestions with us. We never once felt pressured nor have we ever received sub-standard services. We're definitely recommending her and her services!

Got our wedding bands from Lovesignia. My fiance also got our engagement ring from here as well (but I'll leave that part for him to review). Needless to say it was a good experience hence we did our wedding bands with Lovesignia too! My fiance and I have different preferences in terms of the colour and finishing - he preferred white gold with a matte finish, while I preferred rose gold with gloss finish. Yet, Rachel was able to provide her expertise to come up with a design that not only looked like a pair with the subtle twist detail, but also embraced our individual preferences. Quality and workmanship is great too, on top of reasonable prices. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Actually got our rings back in Jan but the sparkle and shine on our rings are still awesome ? My husband and I are so glad to have found Lovesignia to do up our wedding bands and my engagement ring! The rates are affordable with great quality! Not to mention their friendly and patient service! Definitely would recommend them ?

1st time crafting a rose gold ring with Rachel. Since it was a gift gem stone by my husband, I need to find a trustworthy person/place to design a ring that goes well with my preference. Made an amazing choice with Lovesignia! Purchased an engagement ring for my fiancée and she loved it. Came back to purchase another set of wedding band.
