Ordered on shopee and opt for self pick up at seller's warehouse. Arranged with seller date and time of collection and they agreed to it but when the day and time came, seller went missing. No one opened the door to pass me my item and no one replied to inform me of anything. Just simply ghosted me. Super unreliable and irresponsible. Update - seller offered to do express delivery and item got to me in time for my use, hence the change of rating. Explained that staff was late that day despite informing him that i was coming down. I do understand that staffs can be hard to control at times but a prompt update on mgmt or cs end would be good. It took them 4h to get back to me.
