I ordered the mid sized prawn noodles (dry) and a bowl of pork ribs (soup without noodles). The soup is good. Full of flavour and very solid. The ribs were for real, soft and drop off the bones. So why only 3 stars. It's a prawn noodles stall. The ribs are way better than the prawns. The noodles are way too soft, to a point where it's almost mushy. Overall, good enough to eat. Not enough to travel all the way here and queue. But if you're in the area, please come and get it. Queue starts at 10.45am. Normally sold off at 2pm. I was here at 10.15am. No queue.

Best in the East! Period. The soup is flavourful without being salty or over the top. The prawns are firm, fresh and relatively big compared to most of the same price (starting at $5 up to $13.80). Add-ons like pork rib, pork skin, braised egg, etc for $1-2. Even abalone if you fancy the premium add-on, but ready to pay more.

Worth the drive to this end of Loyang to sample this legendary Prawn Noodle. The broth is awesome and very generous with the Chilli Powder. Both the dry and soup version taste equally good!

XL Big Prawn Noodles with onsen egg and pork intestine. A very robust broth with generous amount of fried shallots. This stall is located quite deep into the Loyang Industrial area but I reckon if you are in the area, it is worth a detour.

Situated at the ulu far east of Singapore (read: only one bus service ply this road) in the Loyang industrial estate is this well known prawn noodle stall. The min bowl of $5 consists of your choice of noodles, 5 halved pieces of big prawns, beansprouts, fried shallots and lard. I opted for the soup version which came with a heady, robust broth. Soup was slightly peppery so you might want to dial back on adding the red pepper. Prawns were meaty and cooked to the right texture. Well worth the morning trek to Loyang! Your best bet of avoiding the queue would probably be a weekday morning

Came on a Saturday around 12.50pm. There was a queue but got our food pretty quick. Paid $8 for this bowl of big prawn bee hoon plus $1 for the quicksand egg. Soup is super robust and not spicy as is. Prawns are fresh and nice. The quicksand egg yolk is ENTIRELY lava form! Super nice and unique. This is truly a fantastic bowl of prawn noodle and I highly recommend it. Best so far I have eaten.

Service is quite fast and good. Medium portion costs $7.50 comes with 2 prawns and 3 pork ribs. The prawn are quite big. The XXL size one comes with 5 big prawns and you can add additional porks ribs and egg. The soup is flavourful and rich but noodles is a bit too soft. This place get crowded during lunch time and it's better to come before 1130.

Decent amount of parking. Queue starts getting a bit long from around 11am. Service is decently fast and it’s great they let you go back and top up the soup if you want to. Friendly enough staff and love that they have good quality fried shallots you can add as much as you want yo the noodles and soup. Well worth the drive to Loyang for this.
