Superb service. The electrician was punctual & professional. My 2 faulty ceiling lights were very efficiently fixed in less than half an hour. I couldn't have asked for more.

Excellent service. The electrician was able to be deployed immediately the next morning once we requested for urgent service to replace our ceiling light in the late afternoon. Satisfied with the service. The electrician helped to sweep the floor & throw away the previously broken ceiling light. Will use their service again in the future. Well done.

The LS technician is extremely professional with his work. There are some hiccups during the rewiring and installation process (it’s due to the electrical parts that I bought separately), but before he does any changes, he will always explain the pros and cons. But eventually he still managed to resolve all the rewiring and socket issues. And at the end, the switch I bought isn’t the right one, and I suggested to call them to come down and fix again once I bought the switch. But he had switches (modern looking ones) with him, and he suggested no point paying the extra transport fees and installation fees the next time, since he’s already here. So the honesty and professionalism of the LS technician really goes a long way. Jean, is equally efficient and professional in connecting us together to make arrangements for the installation, and she has a friendly attitude too. Pleasure sourcing them to do my rewiring works!

The customer service staff Jean is extremely friendly! The technician that they sent over arrived earlier than scheduled, which was great, and he is a very friendly guy. He is meticulous in checking and re-installing the water heater switches. No hardselling whatsoever and the pricing is reasonable. Even explained that the light stopped working because it was linked to the heater. Technician guy gave suggestions on what to replace next time if budget allows, no pressure to buy more of their services immediately. The pricing at the end of the installation is the same as what Jean quoted initially through Whatsapp, so I really appreciate the transparency from this company. Already recommended to my friends. ?

It was a pleasant experience engaging LS Electrician for urgent LED lights and switch replacement at my place. Customer service Jean is responsive and polite, she quickly provided quotation upon request and fixed the appointment slot for me. I like how the electrician immediately brought the required items and equipment, so inspection and installation can be completed on the same day. Even for some lights which he could not ascertain the type/size from photo, he managed to quickly buy and install within few hours so all’s good. The assigned electrician Mr Winson is very efficient and competent and kindly helped us clean up after finishing his work. He also patiently answered our many queries during the installation. Thanks for the great service, I will be a repeat customer for sure!

Highly efficient team. Arrangment was done by Jean. Complete rewiring of my 5 room flat was led by electrician Xiong. They did a great job & completed the entire house in 4 days including of all the lights installation! Reasonably priced & professional. Highly recommended!
