β β β β β Very conveniently located condo with spacious studio apartments. Super close to the Tanjong Pagar mrt and several bus stops. Has a nice pool, tennis court, Basketball court and gym. Also has a nice sitting area on the 34th floor.

β β β β β we enjoyed our stay here. the condo unit that we have rentes is very beautiful and elegant. there are free kitchen equipments like microwave, electronic water heater, free shampoo and soap, free utensils to be used by the guests. there are also free towel and excellent beds and there is a fast wifi. thank you and God bless

β β β β β i have been living in Lumiere for 2 years now. the first year was a lovely place, nice position, security that call you by name and nice facilities. then in the last few months they switched to service apartament and short term rent and the place become a total mess.
Super small lobby always crowded like a hotel, security that is always busy to do check in and check out of new guests, the just 3 elevator always full, pool area supermessy and the wood floor dangerous and unstable.
When my contract is expired i would definately not rent here anymore, worst management ever.

β β β β β Our friends and I enjoyed our stay at Lumiere very much. The hotel room looks like its newly renovated. The whole place is clean and the bed is so comfy. Everything in the hotel is well maintained and the staffs are all really friendly. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to Phnom Penh.

β β β β β If you are considering living here, my advice is DON'T. The security guys here are absolutely irresponsible and unresponsive, and they won't do anything to help delivery guys go upstairs to drop package off at your door when you are not home. So unless you never shop online or have the luxury of not having to leave the house for work and stuff, AVOID LUMIERE at all costs. The rents here are cheap for a reason, because come on, who in the 21st century will stay home 24/7, waiting for packages?! If you have a normal, functioning social life, and tend to shop online where delivery time is not accurate to the hour, you are saving yourself so much trouble by not living here. I can't wait to move out next year when my lease is up. I'm even considering moving out early and paying the penalty, simply because the inconvenience of missing my packages is not worth the rent I saved by living here.

Many issues:
* Floor 35+ constant renovation works as they want to sell
* Construction noise from nearby starting 7-8am, Saturday also
* Amenities not good, gym too small
* Very unfriendly security
Pros:
* CBD location (if you go to office)
* Cheap ($1850 + utilities, for studio)
* Good carpark
